Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! U.S. orders over $150 ship free. Orders under $150 are calculated at checkout by weight + location.
How fast will my order ship?
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Everything ships directly from our studio.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide via UPS and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any import duties/taxes. All international orders are final sale. Transit times vary by country.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once a package is with the courier, delays or loss are outside our control. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, contact the courier first, then email us at hello@calderscloset.com if you still need help.
Can I return my order?
We accept unused, unwashed, unworn full-price items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@calderscloset.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Do you do exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
